Led backend engineering for a YC-backed agentic AI platform that automates university operations — with staff approving key actions.

University staff spend enormous time on repetitive operational workflows spread across disconnected systems.

02 What I did

Led backend engineering and database design in Django.
Built multi-agent workflows with CrewAI, connected to MCP servers so agents act on real institutional data.
Designed human-in-the-loop approval gates for key actions.
Built a prompt optimiser that improves and standardises system prompts across the product.
